    Not sure this was the easiest crust or recipe. I could not get my dough spread out enough to take all of the pears and not be super thin. Also, maybe I overlooked it multiple times but it didn't say when to add the whiskey and maple syrup. So, I guessed. It turned out okay for the first time, but wish it was better and prettier like the recipe.
