- 3 Tbsp. coriander (chopped, cilantro)
- 275 grams tofu (sliced)
- vegetable oil (a little, to shallow fry, I use ricebran)
- coriander leaves (extra to garnish)
- 3 cms fresh ginger (piece of, peeled and finely grated)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 red chilli (finely chopped, optional)
- 4 Tbsp. tamari (gluten-free)
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
