Taste was fabulous! Sauce was a little thinner than I would have liked. I might try a little more peanut butter or a little less broth.

It was quite nice and easy too. The only thing I’d change is to reduce the amount of soy sauce from 3 tablespoons to maybe 1. And possibly add more bell peppers too as they were delicious.

I love experimenting with food and trying new recipes (thank you Yummly and people who post their creations). I was looking forward to trying this dish after reading the reviews, but my husband who usually eats what I make even if he doesn't like it would not finish his meal. He said it tasted like burnt peanut butter. I didn't even simmer the sauce for the 5 minutes as per recipe. I didn't mind it, but I have to admit this is not one of my favourites. Will take the leftovers for my lunch.

This is the second time I have made this dish, and it is very tasty, both my husband and I enjoyed it.
