Delicious, but SUPER rich for breakfast. I only had one banana on hand, so perhaps that contributed to how sweet and decadent it tasted. Next time I'll probably cut the brown sugar, chocolate chips, and peanut butter in half. I also used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Really loved this with a hot cup of coffee, it was great to have oatmeal breakfast bars that weren't crunchy.

We used dates and honey for it instead of bananas and sugar, but this makes for a great take to work snack!

Excellent! Have made them twice in a toaster oven and both times perfect. Mixed some choc chips in with peanut butter for icing. Yum!

Pretty good would also be good with chocolate drizzled instead of the peanut butter

These bars are quick, easy and delicious! The peanut butter makes them extra good.
