This is the best thing to have around for a healthy little snack. It is delicious and I can't wait to make it again. Seems to last long because it is very dense and just sweet enough.

Good little snack - I made quarter of the stated portion size and packed it into small mini loaf tins in the freezer. Makes grabbing a few bites easier.
