- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter (cold, cut into tablespoon sized pieces)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup butter (room temp)
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter (about 1 jar)
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups grape jelly (or preserves, I use Welch’s Naturals Strawberry & Concord Grape Spreads – read my Welch’s Naturals Review)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2/3 cup oats (calls for old fashioned but I used quick oats)
- 6 Tbsp. butter (cold, cut in cubes)
