- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt (Mountain High Plain)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or you can use lowfat milk)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. jelly
- 1 pinch salt
- sweetener (to taste, I used stevia and use it sparingly. You can always add a little more in the morning)
