Delicious! My first time making overnight oats. I'm going to try next time with a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Great in mason jars.

My kids LOVE this, it makes their morning every time I make it. I don't use the maple syrup and I quadruple the recipe so it lasts a few days. I've added more chia and flax, always super yummy.
Very yum! I used steel-cut oats and creamy coconut peanut butter spread. Also, instead of chocolate chips, I used some dark chocolate syrup, omitting the maple syrup--the chips get too hard when put into the cold pudding. Would definitely make again. Update: instead of regular chocolate syrup, go for the chocolate shell sundae syrup! Also, I regular oats (i.e., not minute, not steel-cut) also work great!
