I reduced the butter by 1/2, used 200 grams of chocolate chips, made teaspoon sized cookies and baked for 10 minutes. Only refrigerated for 15 minutes. Turned out perfect! New family fave!

Yummy, but waaaaay too much butter to form a nice tasting biscuit. I’d make these again, but with about 2/3 of the amount of butter.

Amazing!! First time making homemade cookies from scratch and I couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased with the outcome!

Great, I added a little bit of ground flax seed for nutritional value (maybe 3 teaspoons total). Thanks!

So good!! i did a bit of substituting tho. i used apple cinnamon oats in lieu of plain and i didnt have the chocolate chips so i subbed with more oatmeal and oh wow. I highly recommend trying that but the recipe as is has to be just as good.

Great recipe! The only modification I made was to put the trays of cookie dough in the fridge before I put them in the oven, rather than the whole mixing bowl.

Awesome cookies! Shared them with my choir, my neighbors, and still had plenty for the fam. Definitely a new addition to my cookie staples!
