So good! I used honey instead of maple syrup and doubled (put in a 9 by 13 pan). I made this for my brother who was just diagnosed with celiac and he absolutely devoured these.

No one in my family liked this. Only reason I could give it one star is because I managed to trick my three-year-old into trying it but then she was looking at it with a funny face. It was a grainy texture almost like liver. Not sure why it has such high ratings Probably because mostly the healthy types even attempt this. I don’t think this is a recipe for people that like normal Blondies.

Omw I loved the Blondies so much, it is delicious. I substituted the maple syrup and used honey instead. Tasty will definitely be making this again real soon.

These healthy cookies are delicious! I wrap up each cookie in tinfoil and put them in the freezer, then my kids take one to school every day and eat it instead of store-bought granola bars. Love it!
