When I saw this recipe with peanut butter, I thought that it was weird because I had never cooked chicken with peanut butter. OMG!!! This is the most delicious chicken recipe that I have ever tasted!!!!! The only thing I would do differently is not steam the cauliflower as I like to have a little crunch.

Omg it’s so amazing. I didn’t have cauliflower but I had frozen string beans and just steamed them for a few min so they wouldn’t get soggy in the sauce and we loved it. Will def make again

This was amazing, however, I did make some substitutions. I used lime juice instead of white vinegar, brown sugar instead of white sugar and crushed red pepper instead of cayenne pepper… I also used crunchy peanut butter which put nice little crunchy bits in it… will make again and again…
