- 1/2 cup gluten free flour blend
- 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder (for fluffiness | optional)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (or vegan butter, 49g, such as Earth Balance | I did a half-half mix of both)
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (naturally salted, creamy is preferable)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener (such as powdered sugar, maple syrup or honey if not vegan)
