It turned out well. It is messy but good. It is definitely a "heavy" burger. I will be offering this as an interesting option at parties.

There's a place in Sedalia, Missouri that's sold peanut butter burgers for decades. The locals swear by them, but I never got by to try one.
Not long ago, I decided to make one myself. I used a creamy low-sugar peanut butter, lean high-quality ground beef, and lightly toasted the buns. No cheese, salt, etc., just the burger and peanut butter on bread.
Not bad. Scary until the first bite, but not bad. I'll be giving your version a try Real Soon Now.
