Flavor is great but it came out really dry. I kept a very close eye on it and one minute it was still gooey in the middle and the next it was over done. Next time I will pull it even if it is a bit gooey, may set up fine.

Liked the Recipe, better than expected. For dietary reasons, reduced Sugar to 2 Tbsp and felt it was sufficiently sweet. Friends enjoyed it. Will make again. Thanks for Recipe.
