turned out great. hubby suggested a maple-flavored glaze and i might try that next time. but they are great on their own

They turned out great!! I had to substitute sour cream for the Greek yogurt bc mine had turned, but otherwise I stayed true to the recipe.
Next I’m thinking about subbing some strawberries in for one of the bananas.

I burnt the outsides of the muffins, but the batter inside was perfectly cooked, so next time I’ll reduce the heat that they recommend in the recipe, since with a batter like this it might turn out better if heat them up at a lower temperature for longer for a better bake all the way through.

These are delicious muffins. They're not very sweet but that's because there's no added sugar! You could always add more honey or a sweetener if you wanted. I loved the subtle peanut butter taste to them. It's not a very dynamic flavor but they're yummy, easy, and my toddler loves them!

I found these to be bland, but not bad. I used natural peanut butter, and followed the recipe.
The only thing is the bitter taste that I'm guessing comes from either/or baking soda and/or baking powder. I wish I knew how to not have that bitter taste in baked goods.
