- frozen banana (cut into chunks, if you have ripe fresh bananas you're not going to use before it goes south, cut into chunks and freeze.)

Loved this, did a little tweak of my own: I used almond milk instead of greek yogurt and agave syrup instead of honey. Totally recommend :)

Had to add a splash of milk so that it would blend it was so thick. But it is great. Definitely an indulgence. Would try freezing it and serving it on a waffle cone in the future.
