- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 6 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (melted and cooled, I melted my butter and peanut butter together in the microwave)
- 1 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk (at room temperature)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 bananas (ripe medium, mashed)
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli’s oversize bittersweet chips)
