This is my new go to oatmeal, I quite enjoy this. I add a bit of maple syrup at the end as well.

Not bad. I would use a little less coconut milk or maybe use almond milk instead next time. Would also like to find a way to incorporate the peanut butter with the rest of the cooked ingredients so the flavor is more distributed.

it seemed like there was too much liquid at first so i added another half cup of oats and it turned out great!!

I think the mass amount of water and the direction for cooking made this too diluted. It turned out OK. The kids ate it, but I agreed with them that there was no taste to it, even with everything added in. It also made six servings when I adjusted for four. I think next time I will use half the water.
