Great recipe! My substitutions: Instead of 1 1/4 cups AP flour, I substituted oat flour. Used natural almond butter instead of peanut butter. I have a Belgian waffle maker. The recipe batter was slightly thinner, so I used a bit more batter per waffle to ensure a complete and even waffle. The recipe made six waffles with my iron. The waffles were very moist! Thanks for the recipe.
