- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal (ground, I’ve also baked this bread without the flaxseed meal… because I forgot to add it, and the bread was still moist and delicious)
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (chopped)
