Followed recipe to a T. I’m not into peaches, but love pears and dates, so this is a good change and maybe others who love peaches will like it better than I do. It does have nice consistency, too.

Pretty tasty. I only added 1 date, almond breeze vanilla flavored with a touch of honey & SP complete non-dairy protein powder.
