- 1/2 cup peach preserves (or peach curd, I used peach preserves)
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peaches (pitted and chopped, peeling optional)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 pinch salt (I didn’t use)
- 1 peach (pitted and sliced, for garnish, Optional)
