- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder (see notes)
- 3 cups peaches (chopped, 1/2″ chunks, from 3-4 regular sized peaches)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (I used Grade A amber)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ghee (melted, or salted butter, or coconut oil for dairy free)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sliced almonds (not toasted)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 5 Tbsp. coconut butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp. water (add as needed to create the right consistency)
