It turned out well, but it didn’t brown like I hoped it would. I even baked it longer than 35 minutes. I baked it in a dish, used both pieces to make it into one in a baking dish. I made it along with other breakfast items for brunch. My husband liked it, my sister not so much. My sister suggested I turn up the oven next time, 350 is too low for puff pastry. Would I make it again? Maybe, if the crowd loves Brie cheese.
