- 1 egg (large, organic)
- 1 cup vanilla (Organic Valley French, Half & Half, I found this to be too sweet for my morning brew, but I love it in pancakes)
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1 peach (small, cut into small chunks)
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (local)
- 3 Tbsp. simple syrup (mint, made with pure cane sugar, to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. bourbon (to taste)
