- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 chile (jalapeño, or serrano chile, seeds and veins removed, minced)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or agave syrup)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
