- 1 cup lettuce (assorted)
- 1/2 peach (sliced)
- 1/2 apple (small, sliced)
- 3 almonds (chopped)
- 1/2 cup goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper

Directions
- Place the lettuce, peach, and apple in a salad bowl.
- Add the goat cheese and almonds, and drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Though both peaches and apples are in season, their sweetnesses together could not balance the salt and black pepper. I would leave the salt and black pepper out in the future. I added dry cranberries which gave it a sweet tart flavor to help the other fruits give flavor to this salad.
