Easy Peach scones
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 bag dried peaches (5 oz I think)
- 1 peach yogurt (greek)
- 1/2 stick butter (chilled)
- 1 cup flour (white)
- 1/2 cup wheat (flour)
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder (>>>>>>>>>> NON ALUMINUM <<<<<<<<<)
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or less, sea salt preferably)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or less of, optional)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
- orange juice (or other liquid, cream, milk or water if needed)
- pecans (optional)

Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- I cut butter into cubes then use pastry blender to combine with dry ingredients
- now add the yogurt and form dough(also vanilla if using)
