Directions
- Peel the peaches and cut into wedges.
- In a bowl, add the peaches, sugar, and salt. Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the peppermint, olive oil, and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until the moment of serving.
- Serve as a side dish for chicken, turkey, or pork.
