Wonderful muffin! I used one large peach, substituted vanilla yogurt for the sour cream and cut the butter to only 2 tbsps. Will make this again for sure! ( oh yes, I also used less cinnamon- about a tsp- just a personal choice)

Delicious & healthy! Easy to make. Would be great with other fruits as well... apples or blueberries.

I made this with what I had at home..instead of sour cream, I had cream cheese (same amount) and I didn't have any fruit, but I did have about pound of craisins (but only used 1.5 cups). They were yummy! New twist on an old favorite, oatmeal and raisins!
