i was not at all impressed with this recipe. far from a perfect muffin in texture also lacks flavor

Fantastic... had some shrivelled peaches that i needed to use up... followed recipe as printed except to add some coconut to topping in lieu of 1/4 cup of pecans.... i baked at 375 rather than 400 for 25 minutes and they were perfect... had the texture of a light spongy coffee cake! Will definitely make again

These muffins were tasty. My only gripe was that I had to dirty 4 different bowls to prepare the various stages of the recipe. Enjoyable at the end though!
