- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 lb. peaches (firm but ripe, halved, pitted, cut into 3/4-inch-wide wedges)
- 1 Tbsp. golden brown sugar (divided)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/4 qt. vanilla ice cream (9 cups)
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- peach ice cream (Even easier: Use purchased, instead of mixing up your own.)
