- 3 Tbsp. tapioca starch (add an additional Tablespoon if your peaches are very juicy)
- 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup butter (very cold, chopped into chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water (very, or almond milk or milk of choice)
- 1 large egg white (about 2 Tablespoons)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. milk (choice)
- 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
