- 1/2 tsp. vanilla (I used vanilla bean paste, found in my Amazon store)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 pinch canela
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. cream (or whole milk)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (for sprinkling)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds (optional)
