- 8 oz. low fat cream cheese (– softened)
- 1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups peaches (diced, – I used fresh, but frozen would work too.)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dixie Crystals Sugar
- butter
- 1 1/2 cups toasted coconut (– Again make your own. Add coconut to large frying pan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until nice and toasty.)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- peaches (optional)
- maraschino cherries (optional)
- pecans (optional)
