I was pleased with the result, for a "no egg" muffin. NIce flavor, warm right out of the oven.
I added about 3/4 tsp nutmeg to the batter (love the stuff!) After I had mixed the dry ingredients I realized that I had no milk... but I had table cream, I used 1 c of that and made up the difference with water.
I melted the butter for the topping, added a bit more cinnamon than called for, and brushed this over the muffins.
