It was really good. The top was really nice and caramely. I added cardamom, ginger, allspice, vanilla, and cloves to the batter and it came out really nice. I was worried about it being soup, but it thickened up and was the perfect consistency. It was nice to find a recipe that used homemade canned peaches because I have a LOT of them.

I made this from the white peaches from the tree in my back yard in Chile. It's really simple, and absolutely delicious! It's extremely buttery, so if your looking for something not so rich, cut down the butter. But my host family and I loved it!
