  • 2 bananas (small/medium, previously frozen is ideal but not essential)
  • 1 cup peaches (I used canned peaches in light syrup, but fresh would be great)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes (use your judgment)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar (or sweetener to taste such as honey, agave, sugar, stevia, vanilla NuNaturals stevia drops. Some may find sweetener optional but I don’t)
  • 1/4 cup milk (nut milk, vanilla flavored nut milk, milk, cream, or peach mango milk)
  • 1/3 cup fruit (additional, such strawberries, mango, pineapple, plums, nectarines, papaya, honeydew, cantaloupe, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (neutral or vanilla flavored)
  • 1 handful granola
