Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 2 bananas (small/medium, previously frozen is ideal but not essential)
- 1 cup peaches (I used canned peaches in light syrup, but fresh would be great)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes (use your judgment)
- 1/4 cup white sugar (or sweetener to taste such as honey, agave, sugar, stevia, vanilla NuNaturals stevia drops. Some may find sweetener optional but I don’t)
- 1/4 cup milk (nut milk, vanilla flavored nut milk, milk, cream, or peach mango milk)
- 1/3 cup fruit (additional, such strawberries, mango, pineapple, plums, nectarines, papaya, honeydew, cantaloupe, etc.)
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder (neutral or vanilla flavored)
- 1 handful granola
- nuts
- raisins
- seeds
- dried fruit
