I used chicken broth, added some mushrooms and 1/2 cup of white wine. It’s hard to go wrong with a classic pesto risotto. Your result is going to vary depending on the quality of the ingredients, though. Texture of this dish is improved when I use the pricier imported risotto rice rather than the budget stuff from a tub - the imported kind seems to be starchier (which is what you want in a risotto) and yields a creamier dish.

Excellent! It turned out delicious. I would like to modify it by adding other ingredients such as mushrooms, corn, etc. also maybe use a different broth, ie, tomato or.........
