Heaven. Pure heaven. I love that these were individual desserts instead of the traditional large structure. Mine needed a little longer in the oven than the recipe mentioned, but that’s to be expected with meringue. Add whatever fruit and toppings you want to these and you have the perfect spring and summer dessert.

These turned out so good. I will be making them again. Add a bit of cinnamon.
