Love it!! i did a big one instead of many small one. Today is the 5th time in 1 1/2 month, because everyone want me to bring it to the party, i only change the topping. My family say no more birthdays cake pavlova for now on.

First try - Complete Success! ........ First taste (ever) - Absolutely Delicious!
I used cream of tartar as my choice of ingredient (not quite sure what that is - but I had it in my spice cabinet) I topped with Kroger -Private Collection California Lemon Fruit Filling (chilled) and Whipped Cream.
My batch yielded 10 ( Keiser Roll size ) Pavlovas. I've stored them in packs of 2 using my Foodsaver vacuum sealer. I will now state the obvious ......................... seal with the bag full of air - don't vacuum or you will have a bag of sugar. POOF!
TIP- Handle filled FoodSaver bags from corners/outer edges. When I lifted 1 of the bags, I picked it up by the Pavlova- and POOF a delicious pile of crumbles............ (hmmmm.... now where can I sprinkle those??)
I highly recommend trying this recipe - it is Delicious, Elegant, and in my opinion, with a calorie friendly topping it would be a Dieters Dream Dessert! .......................................well ...........on to wiki to see what that Cream of Tartar is ........bye.
