My pavlova cracked! This recipe does not tell you all the important little details, like cooking slowly or making sure all the sugar is dissolved before baking. It tasted great though. It’s pretty sweet so I would hardly add any sweetener to the whipped cream and the more fruit the better.

This is in my recipe box and I keep going back to it as one of my go-to desserts! I pair it with a vanilla or lemon custard so the yolks don’t go to waste. SO YUMMLY!

My go to recipe for pavlova. We make it once a year for my daughter’s and my birthday week. The main difference is that we make personal pavlovas by drawing cup sized circles on the parchment paper. Such a treat with any type of fruit.

Fantastic recipe! I added kiwi's to the berries on top because that's the way my mom made it for us as children:) I took it to a dinner party and everyone loved it!

Hit of the Christmas party for all of us who did not want typical brownies and cookies ...sugar and flour laden sweets. I also cut the sugar to just under 1 cup...still so, so goood!
