- 1 large red onion (chopped fine)
- 2 1/2 tomatoes (medium-size)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. masala (Badshah Pav Bhaji)
- 1 1/2 tsp. spice mix (homemade)
- salt (to taste)
