- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- praline topping (recipe below)
- syrup
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup (I used dark and it was fine)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

This is very good. It’s easy to put together, & is very tasty. You could use one stick less butter for the topping — it’s a bit too much as is & too greasy (that’s my only complaint).

Had this at a brunch. Oh my gosh, so delectable! Honestly I could have eaten a lot more. When I have a brunch this is what I’m making!
