- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped, I used summer ones, set aside 1/4 cup for top of blondies)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (2 Tbsp more for the top)
