This was delicious
I halved the soy sauce and used stock instead of wine, also could only find leg and hock combo of cuts that added up to 3.5 or 4 lbs
Cooked it for 2.5 hrs in a slow cooker and then boiled the sauce and meat on the stove until reduced, maybe 20 min
My first time having pata, but my Filipino boyfriend thought it was authentic and amazing
