This was an okay recipe. I've made another one which was better. There are to many variables of this recipe on the internet. Make up your mind about the ingredients. Fresh or dried herbs.

It was so good. I was out of my usual supplies for sauce, so I looked up recipes and this one came up. i already had fresh sage and thyme in the pot, so i added everything else recommended in the recipe and kept going. I woukd add a little extra paste and sauce, but not much.

This is a great sauce. Perfect for a weekly family meal. I usually freeze leftovers in individual servings and keep enjoying for several weeks. It's so easy to make. I use a Cab Franc and I pick a good one, one I would drink on its own. I highly recommend picking a good wine that you like, it makes a huge difference in this dish.

Delicious sauce. I made it exactly as written. No changes needed. Definitely recommend not skipping the red wine!

One of the best bolognese recipes I've tried, this has become my go to beef bolognese sauce. Giving this 5 stars because it is a complete recipe that requires very few (if any) modifications to make the dish delicious
