Taste is a 4/5 stars, but I’m dropping it down to a 3 because the leftovers were inedible. I don’t know if it was the particular pastina pasta I used, but the pasta kept expanding after it was in the fridge and the dish transformed from a delicious hearty soup to a gelatinous mass. That is to say… if you don’t have a huge family that can eat it all in one sitting, definitely cut the recipe in half or more.
