Very tasty! For the pastry, I would recommend using cold butter because it is easier to cube than room temperature butter, which is too soft. If doing the dough by hand, I recommend using a pastry blender to blend the butter into the flour before adding the eggs. I also found it easier to roll the dough into a ball, then press it into the muffin tin rather than rolling it out into a circle.
