I came here to check proportion sizes before making my family recipe for pasteles, and OMG, this has to be the most hack job recipe for pasteles I've ever laid eyes on. Ham? You're going to have to be a bit more specific. This is not a 2 step recipe; I have 14 hours blocked out on my calendar to prepare these. So much love goes into the preparation of the delicious fillings, here you are practically throwing them into the masa. Please, please find a better recipe if you plan to make these. This is insulting.
